COS SEMS Certificates Expanded to All Offshore Companies

The new document, COS 2-05, Requirements for COS SEMS Certificates, now gives all offshore companies the opportunity to receive a COS SEMS Certificate if they meet the requirements of the document.

  • Establishes, implements, and maintains a SEMS that meets the requirements of API RP 75;
  • Participates in a SEMS audit by a COS-accredited Audit Service Provider (ASP); and
  • Implements Corrective Action from audit findings.
