The Center for Offshore Safety (COS) is entering its second decade of advancing safety, environmental protection, operational integrity, and risk management on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS). COS Safety Shares

The Center for Offshore Safety utilizes Safety Shares to communicate directly with offshore workers. These one-page incident reports review the details of incidents and near-misses, as well as the lessons learned from them, to prompt discussions amongst offshore workers for how a similar incident might be prevented.
