The 2nd Edition of COS-2-03 Requirements for SEMS Auditing includes new and enhanced requirements to deliver greater value on SEMS auditing for all stakeholders and to enable greater consistency and learning. The COS SEMS Certificate requirements in the 1st Edition are being revised and will be published separately soon.
The other 3 documents present good practices for SEMS auditing and response covering Audit Planning, Audit Reporting, and Corrective Action Plans and were developed through the collaborative effort of COS members, its affiliates, and key stakeholders.
