Russell Holmes, Senior Director of the Center for Offshore Safety (COS), will share the latest news from COS, including the recently announced expansion of the COS Safety and Environmental Management System (SEMS) Certificate Program. The July 2023 announcement from COS extends eligibility for obtaining a COS SEMS Certificate beyond the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) oil and gas industry to include international offshore oil and gas operations. Mr. Holmes will also discuss efforts underway to extend SEMS to offshore wind.
